Our initial communication was by email and phone while Lisa was on vacation and we were 5 time zones apart. We never did get closer than 3 time zones apart during the whole process of finding a place in Victoria and purchasing it. The market in Victoria was very hot in the spring of 2022 and you had to move quickly. We are not familiar with Victoria having only visited once many years ago. With the help of Lisa we were able to fine tune what we were looking for and what areas of Victoria. Once we achieved that we sent our son and his fiancée to Victoria for a week to hopefully see some good fits and win a bidding war within the 9 days they were there.
